Zendesk Administrator (Contract)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative Zendesk Administrator to join SupportPie’s growing Zendesk practice. You’ll work as part of a distributed team of admins and developers supporting high-growth companies across multiple Zendesk environments, helping standardize workflows and improve agent efficiency.
- Prior experience as a Zendesk Administrator (certification preferred)
- Comfort working within shared configurations, standards, and documented best practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills in a collaborative, remote environment
- Ability to manage and prioritize work across multiple client accounts
- Minimum availability of 10 hours per week
