Do you offer international outsourcing?

No. All of our agents are baked in-house–aka the USA. We pride ourselves in offering agents that are only US-based. Offshore outsourcing can be painful. With time zone differences, language barriers, and cultural misunderstandings, by the time your customer is off the phone, they’re exhausted and annoyed. SupportPie offers competitive hourly rates that are comparable to offshore outsource companies.

How do we get started?

You’ll determine your company's needs, pain points, and goals. We’ll establish your definition of success and your current KPIs. If they’re being met, great. We’ll make ‘em higher. If they’re not being met, that’s ok too. We’ll make sure we reach ‘em. After the intake, we’ll assign you a project manager who will facilitate an open line of communication. We’ll quickly ramp up your team, train them on your company, do a Quality Assurance setup, and then launch them into action. Our leadership team will ensure they’re off to the right foot and stay there after launch.
